Vision for 2011-2012 It is the dream of a place where the hurting, the depressed, the frustrated, the forsaken, and the confused can find love, acceptance, help, hope, forgiveness, guidance, and encouragement.
It is the dream of sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ with thousands of residents in around our city.
It is the dream of welcoming at least 200 new members into the fellowship of our church family -- loving, learning, laughing, and living in harmony together.
It is the dream of offering multiple services on Sunday mornings (an early contemporary service in addition to our regulare traditional service.)
It is the dream of having at least 500 people attending regularly each Sunday (250+ at each morning service.)
It is the dream of developing people to spiritual maturity through Bible studies, small groups, seminars, retreats, and regular Scripture exhortation.
It is the dream of equipping every believer for a significant ministry by helping them discover and exercise the gifts and talents God gave them.
It is the dream of developing scores of career missionaries, pastors, evangelists and church workers and empowering every member for a personal life mission somewhere in our state, nation, or the world.
It is the dream of planting/adopting and supporting at least one new daughter church every 5 years via "Hands Across Carolina."
It is the dream of purchasing some or all of our city block (old National Guard Armory, car lot, car garage) and using our present facilities and/or these additional properties to expand our borders of influence into a multifaceted ministry (i.e., Bible School, Pre-school/After-school Day Care, Senior Day Care, Benevolence Outreach, etc.) meeting the needs of our local church family and surrounding community.
